QLED impressive picture quality even at 100 in
The first TV arrived with both the box damaged and the TV screen damaged however Amazon worked quickly to resolve the issue within a few days I received a replacement another company called Maersk pilot called and took away the old original TV I am now the proud owner of an amazing picture quality 100 inch TV well done Amazon.I did see other customers who reported they have received broken TV units and one of them took too long to report the problem and has suffered the loss himself so I would say take plenty of pictures and very quickly report any issues as Amazon obviously have contracts with these delivery companies who I think broke the units so look at and test your product is fully functioning very quickly

I purchased this TV, and it was severely damaged. The screen had several cracks in it. There was a gash in the back of the TV panel. I called customer service about it, and they said there was nothing they could do because I was days past the return window. I explained to them that I was only three days past and justI purchased this TV and it was a damaged. The screen was really bad. There was a gash in the back of the TV panel. I had to wait on the appropriate help. They told me there was nothing they could do. I called twice they hung up in my face. they told me to call Samsung. I called Samsung. They told me I would have to pay for Repair or they could give me a discount on my next purchase for a TV. What an absolute hassle trying to get hold of one of these at the $1999 price point. Amazon pricing is all over the map and knee-jerk reactions to put the prices up due to tariffs really caused issues. That said… I am pleasantly reassured Upon arrival that it meets the expectation of a Samsung television. I have 5-6 in the family and the interconnectivity is very nice. The apps are well supported, and the picture quality is as you would expect for the resolution and brand. It is a shame that content streaming is not always up to the high resolution the screen can handle (Even in 2025) however, when you find content that is at the resolution, it is a very nice picture. Is it the highest available the latest technology no; but think about it for a second. 98 inch screen replaces my 110 inch projector and screen set up and now I can watch it during the day without the screen being washed out That is something worth talking about. I am looking forward to connecting to my Philips hue light system, which will allow the light and color from the television to bleed into the area that I’m sat, making the experience more immersive.

Not a QLED.
The only thing I like about this TV is that samsung has a lot of free channels to choose from other than that I saw some reviews on here that stated it was QLED. I have look everywhere after purchasing it and it doesn’t state that once so ever. I would give it a four star but the seller wasn’t very helpful after I changed my mind so I just kept it. Do your research before buy it, and make sure its something you really want if youre okay with light contrast and no vivid blacks its for you.
