I ordered this for my grandmother as a replacement for her broken phone. Samsung is a trusted brand and the quality of this device lives up to that reputation. Although it’s an older model, it still works well and is user friendly. Considering my grandmother has a habit of misplacing her phone, I’ll say the cost of this phone was definitely worth it. Though it isn’t a Samsung flagship device, it’s still a very good phone. She can download her favorite games like solitaire and word puzzles. The camera isn’t very good compared to Samsung’s flagship devices but she can still take plenty of pictures of the grandkids and great- grandkids. Setup was easy and straightforward and we were able to quickly connect to wifi and Bluetooth devices. It does not have 5G connectivity but for a small child or older person, that isn’t a necessity. The phone measures 6.5 inches which is the exactly the same size as my Samsung Galaxy S20Fe which is pretty comfortable to use.

he Samsung Galaxy A03s is an excellent budget-friendly phone. It works perfectly, has a long-lasting battery, and the triple-camera system takes great photos. The 32GB storage is expandable, and the Infinite Display is a nice touch. Highly recommend this renewed phone!

Not as Advertised.
Advertisement said this phone was unlocked. It wasn’t. In fact, after three days, almost 17 hours of talking on the phone with Assurance, they still could not fully unlock the phone.Also, I did not receive the pointer to take out the SIM tray. Also, I did not receive a manual. I understand it was rebuilt, but there had to be a way to provide something.The box did not tell me what the IMEI was. I had to charge the phone to turn it on, to search for this information on the phone. According to Assurance Wireless, this was not an Assurance phone, and it can not be unlocked. Horrible, horrible, horribleexperience, and several lies were told in this ad. Amazon should do more to protect it’s customers when dealing with potential scams. Your ad said the right thing to getme to buy it, but did not come through with the important details. This whole ordeal made me real frustrated.

Great phone!
My last phone was glitching real bad. So I bought this phone and got it the next day. It works great and is really affordable. My only issue is that I can’t have a lot of apps due to low storage. I’ve had it for about a month and it’s been running smooth.

I purchased a refurbished Samsung A03s, expecting it to be unlocked, as stated in the listing. However, upon receiving the phone, I quickly discovered that it was still locked to its previous carrier and completely unusable with my SIM card.When I reached out for help through Amazon’s customer service, they directed me to Samsung, who in turn told me they couldn’t assist and referred me to AT&T. AT&T was also unable to unlock the device, leaving me stuck with a phone I can’t use. To make matters worse, the wrong color phone was sent, adding to the frustration.This entire experience has felt like a deliberate scam, with a listing that is completely false and misleading. I feel cheated and would strongly advise anyone considering this product to stay away.

Bought this phone last week and arrived within 2 days . It was packed well and looked to be a decent refurbished phone . Tried to swap sim cards and would not accept the sim . Took this to my cell provider and was told it was locked to ATT and would not accept a Cdn sim card . Waiting on return credit .
