Just as advertised
Just needed an upgraded phone and these are perfect (ordered 2). Price was good and shipping time was less than was estimated.No problems setting up and the sim transfer to my old carrier was perfect – no issues.Overall I am very pleased with these phones

Great phone, amazing cameras, like new.
The phone itself looked brand new even though it was renewed. It came with a USB-C charging cord and adapter, the cord itself had an issue and did not want to work properly so I had to use another cord. The info given about the phone said it would come with atleast 80% charge, but the device was only at 38%. It took a while of using it to get everything setup and transferred over from my old phone and as I did this I noticed the phone was getting very hot. I hope it will not have an overheating issue but only time will tell. The camera is amazing, the 50mp rear camera is 1 of the biggest reasons I wanted this device. The front facing 13mp camera is also very clear and ideal to you. The sound with headphones or the phone’s speaker itself is better than any previous device I’ve had. It has a lot of options to make the usage of it custom. Overall I give this renew device a 4, the only reason it’s not a 5 is my fear of the overheating issue.

Can’t access sim card manager
This product is great.It came virtually flawless, but I don’t think it’s fully unlocked.I cannot access eSIM cards or sim card manager.

I would buy a newer model go to the S types next time but this is a reliable phone that holds a charge fora couple of days which is fine with me I made a good purchase and had no problems with it I believe its been almost 2 years since i bought it.

Hi am Ketsolyne I baught a Samsung 14 phone I gave it to my son the product is not turning on I want to know what can be done about it am on vacation and gave it to him as a present only to find out it no good didn’t you guys tested it before you sold it am very disappointed I have been using Amazon for years
