We purchased this for my son last yr as unlocked for all carriers to use as wifi phone until high school. I just went and tried to activate it for Verizon to put him on our plan. THIS PHONE WILL NOT WORK on Verizon network. Went to the store and was told it isn’t compatible. What! Was told I had to get another phone to add him to our plan.

Ad lies about phone being unlocked, will not work with AT&T!
Phone not unlocked as ad says it is!!!! Tried to use AT&T Sim card,will not work!!!! Says to enter pin number, do not know it!!!Will NOT buy again, am VERY disappointed and will not purchase again!Have never been disappointed with Amazon ,have bought many items for years, just want money back!

The first one they sent, the screen must have come unattached in shipping cause the touch screen didn’t work at all so i couldn’t even set up the phone, the packing was minimal and was probably the cause of the problem, likely damaged in shipping, luckily the replacement was kinda easy, they sent the new one right away and as long as i returned the original within 30 days they didn’t bill me a second time. the downside was I ordered the first one with prime 2 day, but the replacement took 30 days to ship. Once I got it the phone has worked amazing! it kinda slows when it gets full, but i have a lot of apps, so i’m not surprised

Better than expected
UPDAT3: I unfortunately had to send this back because the screen started glitching like it was being touched, I hadn’t dropped it or done anything in anyway to make it behave that way,, I now have a galaxy a12 through cricket.. I had a galaxy a02s that was constantly kicking me out of apps over storage being full even though I had an SD card in it, anyways I decided to buy this phone and was 99% sure I was going to have to return it but nope! It works so smoothly, it’s sleek, finger print scanner is quick and one of my favorite parts. I go through boost mobile for my service, I saw some reviews said they could pop in their Sim card and it worked perfectly, that wasn’t the case for me. I had to take mine to the store and have them use a code for it to work but it didn’t take long and wasn’t a hassle compared to the price and quality of this phone. I am so so happy with this purchase.

Phone was delivered on time. Device was packaged securely. No Damage. Phone has Excellent battery life. Everything included. Charger, sin tool. Phone was exactly as described on website, renewed like new…no scratches. Also phone was already fully charged…AweSome.

Poorly renewed.
First 2 weeks phone worked great. Then the ringer and speakers stopped working. Not a big issue, vibration still works and Bluetooth headset is preferred. Unfortunately the screen cracked else it would have been a return then.Fast forward to today, 1 month of use, and the charging port no longer works, mic has stopped, Bluetooth is spotty, and phone is completely useless. It can make calls, but because the mic and speakers aren’t working what’s the point?
