The features of this new phone, compared to my Galaxy S9, is more user friendly.The camera features are much improved, creating sharper photos.It fits well in the palm of my hand, and easy to turn phone on and off.I like the features, and ease of using this phone. The speed of the phone, and memory, and storage are very good. The color is a soft gray-black: perfect look.The weight of the phone is okay….can’t wait for the time when phones are lighter in weight, due to technology and design updates.I wish I purchased it sooner!That being said, the vendor provided an excellent product, and service…. .he answered my questions, and I called the vendor 3 times. The phone arrived on time.I definitely will look to this vendor for my next phone.

Great other than loosening charging port.
Functioning great after 4 months. Be careful with the charging port (Samsung phone’s constant weakest link!) as mine has loosened to only working with my newest charging cable. I bought a contact charging pad for 30 bucks to ensure usability for the long term, but if you need the plug-in to be reliable, that may be the only downside of this refurb!

Phone Seems OK but
Customer service was a hassle. I tried to release the signature requirement after having the phone held hostage in what was undoubtedly an unheated warehouse for two nights, only to get a shove-off cookie-cutter response. Wouldn’t deal with company again.
