watch is excellent, as described by seller
just received the watch and it looks exactly as described by the seller. looks new, no scratches. the band and the charger are not oem, but that is minor. i had no intention of using a silicone band, as for me it always causes irritation. there are plenty good bands sold on amazon. sure, it would be nice to have the samsung charger, but every seller of used/refurbished watches includes off-brand chargers. given the price of the watch, this is not a deal breaker.battery sucks, but thats not a sellers’ fault. samsung did not bother making expensive watches with batteries that last for more than 24h. so, just like your phone needs daily charges, so is this watch. i do miss the long-lasting battery of my el cheapo chinese watch that ran for 7+ days on 1 charge. but i love the look of this watch, so had to except a poor battery life. c’est la vie

Doesn’t come with original carger
To my complete relief mine looks and works like brand new. I’m happy with everything. Just a heads up so u know before u purchase:The box might come dented, with no instructions, with a generic charger that will probably damage ur watch, and without the extra strap as what happened to me. There is also a high probability that you will NOT get the original samsung charger for this watch as was the case with me. I read all the reviews prior to ordering so i knew what i was in for. I already have a samsung wireless charger for my phone so i thought that would work to charge my watch as well! I was wrong, they were not compatible for some reason to my dismay! I really thought it would of worked:( so i had to actually go out and buy a brand new one from best buys bc my watch was completely drained of battery when i received it and i wanted a charger asap. So buy this with the expectation that u will most likely need to buy one and they are expensive btw. This watch only takes to the original wireless compatible samsung charger. Anyways, i am NOT complaining at all, just a heads up b4 you buy of what to possibly expect. If you want something that comes with everything brand new, buy retail. I saw alot if reviews with ppl complaining about what they received. But you have no reason to complain when you buy at a steeply discounted price🤷 it’s discounted for a reason..The choice is yours👍

alothough i am not use to such a big watch I LOVE IT.. was able to get the dexcom G6 on it
fast shipping watch works perfect bought the extra screen protector with it downloaded the G watch app and the Dexcom works perfect with it. I can now see my sugars on my watch. the charger seemed slow but it did charge and the battery life is great last all day with the Dexcom G6 running all day. I do shut it down when taking a nap. Thank you seller you are very Quick in my book would buy again.

Beat up looks stolen doesn’t work
This was claimed to be refurbished and in excellent condition. On the contrary, it is beyond dirty, scratched, and has a big chip in the medal right on the face. It’s not worth anything. Not to mention it didn’t come with a charger nor does it say we need to buy one for additional funds. It’s dead and won’t turn on. Total scam and POS.

The battery life is barely 18 hrs, with regular normal.use, , after that it must go to battery saving mode….Looks used but for 60 it’s fine, not rose gold, just gold, came with a charger that didn’t work so I had to buy another one….The straps are very uncomfortable, too long and they hang outside of the watch so they get trapped with clothes or things and they come out of the belt so I had to buy a different bracelet too aloneg with the charger. I tried to call their customerservice for the charger but it was terrible service so I just bought a charger from amazon..although they should have sent a new one, but was not easy to deal with them…I guess it’s an ok watch, I bought it after I bought the samsung watch 4 because the battery was barelyy 12 hrs and this older versión surprisingly has a much better battery life that the 4 (wich I returned to tmobile for that reason).

Watch works so far but the charger is garbage.
Overall the Samsung Watch is great. I did have to get a new band because the original gave me a rash and damaged my skin. I bought a metal band instead and that works much better for me. However, note that the charger is not the original Samsung Charger. From the beginning I got warnings on my watch telling me to use the original charger but the one that the seller sent seemed to be working so I didn’t worry about it. Six months later the charger overheated the watch, it wouldn’t turn on with the power button so I ended up having to reset it in order for it to even power up and once I did I saw that the battery which had been charging was almost completely drained. A few weeks later the charger crapped out altogether but because I’m outside of the 90 day return window, the seller refuses to replace it.

This is my first smartwatch purchased. I am impressed, I did not want to spend to much so I got a refurbished. I really enjoy it , it came perfect no damages or scratches and I had no problems. My friends and family cannot believe how much I paid for my ” brand new” smartwatch 😉 UPDATE 11/19 still use it everyday, working perfect after 4 months

The watch stops charging and gets heated up. It says connect original charger or sometimes shows a warning sign like the image. I bought it as a gift for my sister. Such a pity. It says return window has ended and I am stuck with the watch. I am going to use the warranty. DO NOT BUY from this seller. It is a SCAM.Other customers had the same experience. Amazon should ban this seller.

My watch broke after 6 months. It was hardly used but stopped turning on. The seller did not respond or get back to me. Waste of money. Do not purchase from them

The watch overheats when charging and stops charging. The watch screen says it is too hot and needs to cool down. The watch screen also says to use the original charger. This leads me to believe the charger sent with the watch is cheap and improper.
