Great customer service
**Title: Excellent Headphones & Outstanding Customer Service!**I recently purchased the Shokz headphones and was impressed by their comfort, sound quality, and open-ear design. They are perfect for workouts, calls, and daily use, allowing me to stay aware of my surroundings while enjoying clear audio.Unfortunately, after some time, I encountered an issue with my pair. However, Shokz customer service went above and beyond to make things right. The return process was smooth and hassle-free, and they promptly sent me a brand-new replacement. Their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations! If you’re looking for reliable headphones with top-notch support, I highly recommend Shokz. Five stars all the way!

Fantastic for runners!!
I was so tired of spending copious amounts of money on headphones that are either garbage, fall apart after expected usage, or that cause ear fatigue. For around $50 these are great quality! The sound quality is great for the bone conduction type of headphone. No these don’t have noise cancelling features, so if that’s what you’re looking for then I suggest not entertaining the idea of ANY bone conduction products.I have to condition for 2 mile timed runs, at a minimum twice a year, for my job. So a better part of the year, I’m running to practice. After using chunky, not to mention heavy, Bose over the ear headphones, 2 pairs of Bose wireless in ear headphones and a pair of AirPod Pros, these budget friendly headphones are exactly what I’m looking for!!The buttons are super easy to navigate, the headphones are super light and easy to wear with a hat, a headband, etc. These are also great for using when you have to wear any PPE in the ear canal but can’t wear in ear earbuds! If you are tired of spending $150 or more on headphones, go with these and be sure to purchase the two year warranty plan. It will literally pay for itself within the first 10 uses! The vibration does take some getting used to but it’s no different than any other type of headphone.Seriously, love these headphones and it’s worth every cent! Hope this review helps!

A bit awkward, but overall good device
I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while. It was honestly a godsend for me, as I can’t wear inner earbuds. My ear canals are too small for even the smallest ones I’ve found. I don’t like carrying around big over the ear headphones and the outer earbuds are kind of becoming a thing of the past, particularly after phones started dropping the audio jack. I got one of the mid-priced ones they had and they lasted me a good long while – they still work, but they finally broke in a way that I can’t really repair without impacting the device’s ability to rest on my temporal bones. For reference, I got these before the company rebranded themselves from Aftershokz to simply Shokz, which I think happened about 5 years ago. These likely would have lasted longer, except that I’m admittedly a bit rough on my electronics. These are a marked change from the earlier unit, which was smooth silicone and plastic. I chose these for the price point, but also because I thought the metal might make them harder to break. I’ll have to wait a bit to weigh in on that one, as the older pair I had took years to finally start breaking down. Others have mentioned that these are a bit awkward on the head compared to the ones in the higher priced tiers. I have to agree on that. While I do think I’m getting a more durable unit, the headset is a bit more awkwardly placed than the other models. At times it sort of battles for space with my eyeglasses, but not in a way that I’d find a deal breaker. It’s just a bit of a transition period, although if you are very sensitive to things like that I recommend going for one of the slimmer units. As far as sound goes, these are nice. I can tell that they’ve worked on the sound quality since their earlier units, as it’s a bit crisper and clearer than my other set. I do get the impression that the higher dollar sets might be a bit better, but I think that’s more because it might sit on the temporal bone a bit more smoothly than these might on my head. Other than that, I am pretty happy that the headset can be charged with a type C USB cord. This makes it easier to charge these any time, any where. These have a decent amount of charge time so I’m not particularly worried about this running out all of a sudden, but it is good to have. These do hold less of a charge than the mid-tier units, so keep that in mind. If you’re someone who often goes long periods without charging things or can spend 10+hours using your headphones, you’ll definitely want to go with the next tier up. Still, for my purposes these are fine. Another user mentioned some ear soreness – I haven’t experienced that so far. I think part of this is because I’m kind of used to this via my eyeglasses and prior set – but I think that this will vary by person in general.Overall, I’m pretty pleased with these. I will admit that I liked the mid-tier type headset more as far as charge time and comfort goes, but this gets the job done and meets my needs. It also feels slightly more durable, but time will only tell with that. I might eventually replace these with a mid-tier when they wear out, but if they’re anything like my old headset it’s going to be a while and it’ll go out kicking and screaming. Highly recommend.

Great, as long as you know what you’re getting.
This have several advantages over other headphones types. The open ear is great when you need to hear around you. They are super comfortable. I can even sleep with these on as a side sleeper. (You feel them, but not enough to hurt). And they are so light and comfortable, I can wear them around the house and forget I have them on – similar to a pair of glasses in weight and comfort. I’m even able to wear these while wearing professional safety equipment like eye or ear protection, and they still work. However, these are not for awesome sound quality. You can hear and understand videos just fine. You can sing along with your favorite songs. They work great while I’m working outdoors even over power equipment (you do have to turn them up though.) But this is not for an audiophile. You will not get all the highs and lows, you will certainly not feel bass in your chest. (In fact, you’ll feel it in your temples as a vibration if you have them up too loud, which is a awkward feeling). Also – funny weird quirk – if you want to hear the bass better. You can put your fingers in your ears and it actually gets louder, though more muffled. So if you’re thinking these are going to be amazing sound quality, you’ll be disappointed, but for “good enough” sound quality in a lot of places that other headphones won’t go, these are the ticket.

I just got these, so I still need to play around to see if there’s any glitches. But so far so good.Very comfortable! I’ve worn them for about six hours straight and they just get a little sore next to my ears. But they stay in place and fit really well. I can lean back in my wheelchair and When I walk with my walker they don’t fall off like earbuds do.What I like about these is that they don’t block out sound. They leave your ears open so you can still have conversations with people, or if you’re riding a bike or taking a walk you can hear if there are traffic Nearby, or if someone is trying to get your attention. Great for walks, business meetings, and other things. I am actually visually impaired. So I use something called a screen reader on my phone. This means that all buttons, notifications, text, and anything else that is visually on the screen gets read out loud by a synthetic voice. I don’t always want people around me to know who I’m messaging or what Social media I’m browsing. So having these as an option is wonderful.I can be playing my Spotify playlist, listening to an audiobook or a podcast, but also hear if someone is approaching me. I can sit around the campfire and be browsing my Facebook, but still have conversations with my friends around me without them having to hear my phone talk on and on.These stay charged for a super long time! I only have to charge them maybe once a week. And that’s with heavy use. The sound quality is decent, not a lot of base or Chrispness but for, $99 you really can’t beat it.The next thing I have to test however if it works with phone calls. If it does then these are perfect! I did go on discord, which is an audio chat app for gamers. And I played word games with my friends and everyone could hear me and I could hear them perfectly. 👍🏼 would recommend

Met de korting was de prijs heel goed en werkt heel goed, beter dan ik verwachte. Was bedoeld om onder een motorhelm te dragen maar dat lukt niet. Toch een heel goed product
