Excellent Headphones for Work from Home
I have had them for a few weeks now and they are perfect for my work meetings and calls. The built in Mic seems to work well. I work from home, so I wanted noise cancelling to help when the kids are home. I imagine they would be great in a noisy office as well. They connect to 2 devices at the same time, so I can take calls with both my computer or phone. Music and videos sound great on them too, but that is not my primary use case. I look forward to wearing them on a plane trip, as they are pretty comfortable. Great value for the money!

Best headphones I’ve ever bought
These are definitely worth the price, the band and ear cups are super soft, it’s possible to forget you’re even wearing them cause they’re so light. All the modes work well. The only issue I’ve had with the transparency/noise canceling modes is in the car sometimes you can feel/hear it switching between whatever mode you have it on and normal. I think it’s because of all the noise and stuff but it’s not that big of an issue. The headphones have a swivel, are adjustable and fold, the folding part isn’t very well? It doesn’t fully fold but it’s good enough. Keep in mind you do have to install an app to use these and set them up. The app allows you to switch between modes, shows you the buttons and what they do, and even has things like wind reduction! It also has a little hearing test so whatever you’re listening to is adjusted to your hearing. It’s got safe volume settings which limits how loud you can make the volume to protect your hearing which is adjustable, a sensor in the left ear so when you take the headset off it automatically pauses your music and plays when you put them back on. And if you have trouble hearing like me you can hold your hand against the left side of the headphones while someone’s talking to you and it’ll pause what your listening to and make your surroundings much louder so you can hear and respond easier. The transparency mode is so good it makes what your listening to sound like it’s coming from a speaker in the room. Sometimes I can’t tell if what I’m listening to is actually coming from the room I’m in or the headphones lol. The noise cancelling I’d say could probably be slightly better but it’s still super good. All you gotta do it turn it on and put on music or something at like mid volume and you can’t hear the person next to you taking. The battery life lasts like a full week if you were to use these all day everyday. I’ve had these only like two weeks and I’ve only charged it twice but I use these alot. Charge super fast and battery lasts. These do come with a type c charging cable, and aux cord, works wonderfully for phone calls and comes with the travel pouch. 10/10 would buy again these are amazing.

Something has changed, and I don’t like it *Update 9/10/23 Better, but still average*
***Update 9/10/23Soundcore customer service is top notch. Their team reached out and informed me of a firmware update that changed the sound profile. I am adding 2 stars back for the excellent customer service from Soundcore, and for the fact that the sound has improved with the firmware update. Wear Detection is still annoyingly inconsistent, but the white noise is gone and the bass is able to be heard. They sound much more balanced now. I’m not saying they sound great. My AKGs still sound better, but I’m not AS disappointed anymore. These still won’t be my main headphones, but they’re decent now. The better headphones are all more expensive than these, and if you have the Q30/Q35, I still don’t think these sound better than those, but I do think they are built better.*Original ReviewLet me start by saying, I really appreciate what Soundcore is trying to do with their new product line. I like that they are trying to take on the big dogs and keep the price relatively low. They are trying to find that happy medium between good quality and low price, while still trying to make a profit. I’ll do this as a pros and cons based on first impressions.Pros: – Comfort – These are VERY comfortable. It’s almost like they aren’t even there. They are light. There is good padding. The clamping force doesn’t make my head feel like it’s in a vice. Excellent job here. – Controls – Controls are easy to find and use without a lot of thought. There is good separation, and the buttons feel pretty good. – App – Soundcore’s app is THE standard in my opinion. It invites you to try different settings pretty easily.- Transparency – Transparency is on the higher end of the spectrum. They are not perfect, but they are better than the Q35s I used in the past.- ANC – VERY good. I was actually impressed by this for a change. Most of the time with their ANC, its fine. I give them a pass because it’s not what they advertise, it’s good for the price. These step it up a bit in that regard.Cons: – Bass – Where the f*** is the BASS? Having used SEVERAL Soundcore headphones, and LOVING the Space A40, Q35, Liberty 3 Pros, and being disappointed with the Liberty 4 NC, I still have a certain expectation for Soundcore sound. These simultaneously sound flat and empty to me relative to other offerings from them. – Wear Detection – I won’t say I had high expectations here, but I did expect the implementation to be better than the Q35s. It is not. The wear detection turns my media off WAY more often than it has any business doing. It’s like if I move my head the wrong way, it shuts off. But when I actually take them off my head, the music keeps playing. It makes NO sense. – Case – I knew this going in, so I won’t hold this against them too much. I just think it’s weird that lower priced offerings in the past included a hard case but these don’t. Maybe it’s not a big deal, but it’s something to note. – White Noise – For whatever reason, these have a noticeable white noise static sound coming from the left earcup. It’s VERY pronounce when I’m connected to my PC. Less so when connected to my phone. I’ve never had this from any of my previous Soundcore offerings, so it stood out IMMEDIATELY to me.- Multipoint – I’m guessing these are launch bugs, but the multipoint doesn’t do what my other products from Soundcore do. When I’m connected to my PC, it forces me to start media there, then pause again to switch to media on my other device. The way I discovered this was, I had a video paused on my PC, and I picked up my phone to check out something on YouTube on my phone. Typically, as long as one device is paused, it will activate on the other device. This time, the YouTube video played but there was no sound. I went back to my PC, saw the video was paused, paused YouTube on my phone and played again, went back to my PC, played the video and heard sound, paused that video, went back to my phone and tried again, and finally got it to play. It has done that repeatedly. It’s weird.TL:DR: I had really high hopes for these, but I am not satisfied with my purchase. The bass is relatively empty. The features are weird. These don’t seem to live up to what I’ve come to expect from Soundcore. Not bad, but not great either. I’m not mad. I’m just a bit disappointed. Again. –

Nice budget headphones
I bought these when they were on sale for $85.00, in black.Easy bluetooth connection and pretty straightforward companion app. I’m not an audiophile, but the sound is nice and balanced, immersive, and suitable for a variety of music types as well as podcasts. Buttons are easy to click with nice travel, and the cushions are soft, comfortable, and decently sized to fit over the ear. Comfortable with glasses as well. Cushions could be a bit small if you have large ears. Headphones are comfortable to wear for extended periods and rotate to sit comfortably around the neck when not in use. I haven’t had any issues with battery, but these are my secondary headphones only for my office, so check other reviews if you intend to push these to the limit. Decent ANC and transparency modes, though not as nice as some earbuds I have from Jabra. In total, they have a nice sound, comfortable fit, and quality feel. Worth the buy if they are in your price range.

My son used this on a very long flight and he loved them! The build quality is great and the sound is better than many higher-priced headphones.
