I had an issue with my Sylvox outdoor TV when it was damaged by a sudden gust of wind. Although this type of damage wasn’t initially covered under the warranty, I reached out to Sylvox’s support team for assistance. Their communication was prompt, professional, and empathetic from start to finish.After reviewing my situation and escalating the matter to a supervisor, they offered to replace the TV at no cost (aside from shipping), which was far more than I expected. They were clear and transparent throughout the entire process and genuinely cared about resolving my concern.The fact that they stood behind their product and worked with me so professionally speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Great picture! Easy setup
Great TV and customer service! Our box was damaged upon arrival and I noted in my review. Customer service team responded with information and was very helpful. Thankfully the TV was not damaged. We set it up with ease and are even enjoying in the day time from the pool! We have the 43” and the picture is bright and sound is good (we connect to a different speaker but not really necessary) . Happy with this purchase!

Excellent outdoor tv, bright clear picture. Comes with a cover but I’m sure it could withstand the elements. Easy setup and programming. Remote is also weatherproof. I added the outdoor soundbar for sound quality and it too was easy to install.

Somewhat decent picture. But if you’re going to build an outdoor tv make the controller Bluetooth because this one SUCKS in the sunlit outdoors. You might as well use the the controls on the tv it’s self except they don’t control everything. SO you have to put the controller 3 inches away from the receiver slot. Very disappointed for this kind of money. The sound is bad too so you’ll need to buy a decent soundbar. They spent all their money sealing the screen.UPDATE their customer service went above and beyond. They replaced my tv and it now works as it should. I would still suggest outdoor speakersUpdate- Customer service is pretty good. Sent me a new controller so Bluetooth will work except for power on and off.

TV is as advertised. Decent picture and sound quality. We had an issue with the supplied remote not shutting Tv off. Raised the issue with Slyvox and their company rep immediately offered to replace the remote and provide a 2nd one just in case the issue ever happened again. Received them in less than 10 days. Everything works as intended.

This TV is fantastic. Works very well in the sun. As an Android TV I get all my service subscription on it such as Netflix, Prime, Disney…etc. I highly recommend this TV if you are looking for an outdoor TV. Our remote blew away in a windstorm and SYLVOX replaced it. Thanks you very much SYLVOX
