I’m not a person that writes many product reviews on Amazon. Many things I buy are utilitarian or a commodity. However, there are certain companies that I want to support and encourage them to innovate with new products. TAGRY is one of those companies.We all live busy lives, and I know for me, that means many things:• I want products that work pretty much out of the box and don’t require me to read lots of instruction or fuss. Blue tooth connects and I’m in business.• I use a fair number of various sized backpacks or bags, depending on what I need to carry that day. Sometimes lite and sometimes heavy.• I like to have duplicate items in my bags. I don’t like having to reach into one bag to switch that stuff to another, unless I must. That reduces my odds of forgetting to bring something that day.Over the past 3-4 years, I have been very pleased with TAGRY and its products. They design, innovate, and product quality products at a very fair price every time they launch a new product. For that reason, I like to get on Amazon and see what innovative new product TAGRY has launched. I buy one and place it in one of my bags that I think are appropriate for the things I keep in that bag.Last time, I purchased a very nice over-the-ear headset. It has become my favorite when I’m going to work in the café for a day and want noise cancelling to kill all the background noise. I love them! This week, I discovered this TAGRY “Earhooks IPX7 waterproof headset”. True to form for this company, I am VERY happy with my purchase. I think you will also, and I think you will like what I like in this product:• BATTERY CHARGING – Very dependable and outperforms the advertised specs. My unit fully charges within a couple of hours (not 13.5 hours), but I charge mine overnight once per week.• BATTERY LIFE – TAGRY says these units will operate for up to 80 hours when fully charged. Mine last much longer than that, despite my frequent use.• COMFORT – I wanted the behind the ear stability because I don’t want to be re-adjusting my ear buds all day as I am active, walking, talking, or listening to music or a podcast. However, I wondered how the behind the ear arm would be comfort wise. Well, that arm is so comfortable, you don’t even know it is there! It’s made of a flat, rubberized material that is amazing. Another TAGRY home run!• WATER RESISTANCE – I live on the “wet coast”. I very much appreciate a headset that is not going to be impacted by all the rain here. Once again, these are innovative and very functional for me with all the rain.• SOUND QUALITY – Every TAGRY product I own (and there are many), have amazing audio sound and a crystal-clear microphone, as reported by my callers when I’ve asked. This is very cool because of the price point TAGRY sells all their products for. I greatly appreciate that quality and value for my money that TAGRY respects in their business.• BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY – TAGRY technology is 100% foolproof for me. My iPhone, iPad, PC computer – EVERYTHING connects very easily to Bluetooth, and I have never had to go to a manual to get these products to connect.• THE CASE – I can slip this pack into my bag or the small pocket of a jacket and it’s the perfect size. Despite the value pricing, TAGRY provided an LED display to display the percentage of charge my headset has.• ONE HAND OPERATION – If my hands are full, this unit is awesome, as I can do everything I need to do with one hand.• USB-C Charging – TAGRY has ALWAYS provided nice USB-C charging that is quickly becoming the standard. Normally if a device Isn’t USB-C equipped, I don’t buy it and will find a comparable device with the USB-C charging. Life simplified – One cable does it all.• ALL DAY WEAR – Many times I wear my headset all day long. Many times, an in-ear device is not always practical for all-day wear. Once again, the rubberized material combined with the outside the ear design is perfect for all day use.These are the main things I appreciate about my new TAGRY purchase. Long lasting battery. Super light weight. I had them on for several hours while working and never gave them a second thought.Zero complaints on the sound quality. At max volume it’s more than loud enough to drown out any background noise and the quality is very clear.No actual physical buttons for controls. It’s a series of taps on the sides. Ie…Double tap to pause or long tap to reject a call. All clearly laid out in the instructions. Takes a little while to get used to but it’s one less failure point to worry about down the road.My favorite part is that the speaker doesn’t actually go inside the ear, it sits directly next to it. For me, it makes it a more comfortable experience for long term usage.Very easy to pair to my phone and overall very easy to use.
