Is Teracube Wireless required to use with Thrive? Does it come with a SIM card?
Yes – Teracube Thrive requires use of a Teracube Wireless plan. SIM card is already installed in the phone. Teracube Wireless is powered by T-Mobile and offers affordable nationwide wireless service (does not work in Alaska and Hawaii).

As a parent it is highly important that im able to monitor what my kids are exposed to online and engaged with. Teracube gives me that space.Any help with the phone Teracube was there to assist, phone preformance was good. Perfit size for the teens. The teens are able to earn trust as they go and avoid exposure to sites they dont need to be on. Affordbale and simplistic with styleIt fits the bill. Awesome, got help from shamin from Teracube, good quality phone. The whole process was awesome, easy setup. One teen lost his phone after 3 weeks after having it. Teracube replaced phone amd shipped for free for $50….amazing. Thank you Teracube!!!!

Not durable!!!!
The features of the phone are nice and helps me manage my child’s phone time. However the internet is not easily controlled. My child would go on youtube on the internet after the app time limit ran out. The phone is cheaply made. I’ve replaced my son’s phone 3 times due to the screen popping off. One of the times I was taking of the phone case and the screen popped of with it. They try to make me pay for a new phone even with my warranty. I have to remind them to send me a shipping label so I can return the phone and receive a replacement. I also have to remind them to send in the replacement after the already received the phone. It took over a month to get the phone back and it come without a sim card. The hassle is not worth it.

Awesome phone for kids
This is a great phone for kids and very affordable. It was easy to set up and we had no issues. I liked having control over what apps my kid could get and that the phone itself doesn’t regulate that like some other kid options. You can allow whatever app they want, which is great as they get older, but it has to go through you to approve. The customer service team is great and Shanin was super helpful.

Perfect phone for kids – purple wins
Thrive Phone is amazing – glad I got a kid’s phone and did not give her my old iPhone. In todays world where kids are glued to their phones, I wanted to make sure my daughter can be safe and we have all the guardrails in place.I specially like that she can only talk to us and her friends. We can approve and block the contacts. I feel safe that wierdo’s cannot call her. I put time limit on apps and can easily block apps if they are not good for her.I scheduled a call with their customer service agent, Shanin was knowledgeable and very patient with me. and offered to follow up as well.My daughter is really happy with her purple phone.. she is flaunting it with her friends.

Overall good
I’ve been very happy with this phone for my younger son. I mostly enjoy the protection features that make it safe for a minor. Through this phone, I’ve been able to learn a lot about all of the safety stuff. It was simple to set things up and monitor through my own phone. I am happy about the limitations it allows for nearly all aspects of things. I preferred the phone that only required wi-fi to work. My son kept breaking the phone. My last replacement required a subscription that was $35 per month with very little data but allowed unlimited wi-fi connectivity, and I could video talk with my son on FB Kid Messenger. I would highly recommend the Asurion protection with it.

Phone not good
I don’t usually like writing bad reviews. I been had this phone now. 4A month I bought the phone for my grandson. The phone price was great, but it’s a couple of things that I think they’re still trying to work through who that I don’t like about this phone I don’t like that the phone does not save. Locations where he’s been. I don’t like when the phone is having an issue only where I can fix it or they can fix it. Is I have the phone with me? So that doesn’t work if your child doesn’t live with you 24/7 I don’t like that. You cannot see your child text message, and when you’re setting a routine. In the settings thing that the phone defaultTo Monday through Sunday, I don’t like that.I do like the fact that the phone ask the child to get permission to download apps. I do like the fact that you can track your child’s time spent on the phone.I love the fact that you can’t put a warranty on the phone and the monthly on. It is not that expensive.

Great phone!
This phone has been great for our 12 year old and I love the limitations we have control over through the parental phone. Teracube even replaced the phone free of charge when the screen became detached. Customer service was great. If I had a complaint about anything it would be that I can’t contact customer service directly and I have to wait until they call me back. They were very responsive though, and it’s not a deal breaker. I’ll probably purchase another one of these phones when my youngest child is old enough for one.
