Great product love it
Sound quality improved. Functions very well. Love the updates on where my items are currently at and what time they were last there. Size is perfect for hiding it in the car in case it gets stolen. Great Trackability. Have not had any issues with battery in 2 years. Very easy to set up. Takes like 2 steps.

Pros: These are absolutely helpful. You can connect them to your keys (or any other losable objects) and it will find them through the app on your phone. Moreover, you can also find your phone with it if you have your keys but not the phone. Of course, the phone has to be on standby, not entirely switched off. But for everyday situations, it is quite good.Cons: I would have given this 5 stars if there weren’t two drawbacks: First, the app is a bit cumbersome and the setup required a couple of retries and iterations until it worked in both directions (phone finds tile, tile finds phone). Second, you can’t replace the battery. It will simply die after 3 years and be thrown onto the ever growing pile of consumer garbage. Not sustainable. Too bad.

Peace of mind
I love these. I use one for my work keys. And the other for my work radio. And I can double click one of them and it will find my phone. For someone who is running around all day and I have my phone, my keys, my phone and my scanner. To many things to carry so I’m always setting one down and leaving it. When I’m ready to leave I’m ready and it stinks if I can’t find my phone. This is great for that. Get them!!!

A little tricky to set up
This is finally working, but took a lot to set up. You have to link it to the life 360 app, and keep your phone set up on location. For some reason I had to activate the tiles numerous times. It does attach to my keyring, but I don’t see how it could be attached to a cell phone. I have tested it out a few times, but it only works if I’m within a certain distance from my keys. I’m not sure it would work if they were left somewhere outside my home. Maybe it’s just because I’m not a tech wizard.

If you ever lose your keys, you’ll need this.This does work if you have the Bluetooth on when searching, but that’s only if you think it’s not missing in the immediate area (eg, your house, garage, etc.)The Bluetooth function will pick up the signal if your, I believe, 3 miles from where your tag is located.

Unbelievably Wasteful
These are SUPER anti-consumer. I was shocked. Received two devices. One is dead on arrival. Okay, no problem, I can just return for a replacement.The issue is that I already activated the other one in the pair, and the app has NO FUNCTIONAL WAY of deactivating or deleting a device from your account. The only options are to “hide” or to “permanently delete your account” which effectively KILLS the device, making it completely inoperable. Which is just absolutely ridiculous.I can get around the non-replaceable battery for size and durability concerns. But killing a device for deactivation is just purely wasteful. A return requires that I return both devices, but to do so I would have to delete my Tile account, which bricks the only functioning device. It’s crazy. I’ve never seen a product embrace forced obsolescence so hard.

These tiles work amazing, not only they are easy to setup on our android phone, but they work great.We used the 2 units for keys and wallet, but to our surprise, the tile allows to trigger sound on the phone as well, which help finding the phone too !!So this is a revolution, we were always searching for the keys, wallet, or phone, and these little gadgets are amazing, no more stress, finding stuffs in minute. Almost wish everything could be tracked the same way 😀
