Is touch functionality compatible with iOS, iPad and Mac OS?
Unfortunately, due to system limitations, the touch functionality of this monitor is not compatible with iOS, iPad and Mac OS devices.
How to connect the monitor?/Can I connect the monitor to my phone?
1.If your phone/laptop/mini pc comes with a full-featured USB C port, please connect the INCLUDED power adapter and USB C- USB C cable. 2. If your device with HDMI and USB 2.0 ports, please connect the INCLUDED power adapter, HDMI and USB 2.0 cables.
Why can’t the monitor reach 100Hz refresh rate/2560x1440P resolution?
1. Please check the device can output 100Hz/2560x1440P first. 2. If the host has a discrete graphics card, please make sure the monitor is connected to ports of the discrete graphics card. 3. Some gaming devices/hosts need to adjust manually.
Why is there a touch delay during use?
This situation is related to your computer host configuration, when your host configuration is higher, the touch will be more sensitive, and the touch response speed of the monitor is faster.
Can I use a stylus to write on the monitor?
Yes, but use a passive capacitive stylus. Hold it low like a pen with your fingers close to the screen – the closer your grip is to the tip, the better it works.

I really love this touchscreen monitor! The 10 – point touch feature is amazing. It reacts really fast. When I’m scrolling through documents quickly, making images bigger or smaller, or using a stylus to write down a few notes, it all feels so natural and smooth. It’s made my everyday work a lot more efficient.The 21.5 – inch screen has a Full HD 1920×1080 resolution, and the pictures are super sharp and colorful. The colors look just right. It’s perfect for doing office work and also for watching videos during breaks. The low blue light and anti – flicker features are great. Before, after a few hours in front of my old monitor, my eyes would start to hurt. But with this new one, I can work for a long time without my eyes getting tired.Connecting different devices to this monitor was so easy because it has so many ports. I’ve connected my PC, laptop, and even my Switch. Being able to switch between these devices and use different display modes, like duplicated, extended, or second screen mode, is really convenient. When I’m giving work presentations or studying at home, using the second screen mode makes everything look much more professional.The built – in speakers are a nice surprise. The sound quality is pretty good. It saves me the trouble of having to connect extra speakers when I’m having a quick video call or watching online tutorials. And because it’s VESA – compatible, I can easily hang it on the wall. This gives me more space on my desk.All in all, this monitor is even better than I thought it would be. glass front of the monitor fell off the frame
The front of the glass front of the monitor fell off the frame tearing out the wiring. Junk now. The touch screen itself was adequate but the quality was abysmal

Perfect Picture Quality
It’s a pretty decent monitor with nice picture and sound quality. There are multiple options to set the color to avoid strain to the eyes and the touch screen is awesome when you connect your phone. The size is perfect and doesn’t cover much space. I have connected it via HDMI cable and haven’t noticed any flickering. It’s a good value for money!

The display works awesome, but would be nice if it comes with Vesa mounting screws.
Just plugged the display to PC it worked marvelously good, touchscreen no branner plugged in USB and it just worked.One thing I would recommend to manufacturer to provide the Vesa mounting screws. Typical screens that would come with any stand do not fit into the Vesa mount of the display. It looks like the display has a lot finer mounting tread then typical screws provided with stands. Gnat in screen
The monitor works well, but it has a gnat behind the glass screen where I cannot get to it to remove it !I think it was in there when I got it and just now crawled up to my line of sight.

Top features at a really good price. Flicker free !!
I bought this monitor because I needed an extra screen for crypto trading and it definitely passed my expectations 100%. The important thing for me is that I needed a flicker free/PWM free monitor which this seems to be PWM/flicker so it definitely helps with sensitive eyes! I have gotten use to the touchscreen on my laptops screen so its VERY cool that this monitor has a touchscreen as well which is normally rare for a monitor! The screen on this monitor reminds me of a giant touchscreen phone which is awesome! haha. I like how it also offers usb type C video connection so you can rely on that instead of hdmi/displayport. It does still require power plugged into the wall but the type C is nice because I dont need any adapters I can plug it directly into my laptop that only has type C ports. The resolution and high refresh rate is 10/10. I think any comparable monitor would be much more than this one and that still wouldnt get you a touchscreen. The stand is all plastic but it seems to hold the monitor well still. I would say this is definitely great value for a monitor. I will edit my review if anything changes.

Screen is responsive but has a manufacturing defect.
My screen only has 3 of 4 mounting screw holes necessary for mounting it. The last hole is empty and appears to be half melted shut, no threading for a mounting screw. The other 3 holes are tapped and have screw heads.The touchscreen is otherwise responsive and colorful.

This monitor works perfectly – large very clear and accurate touch. Only possible quibble: base is a bit small and makes screen a bit unstable if users are poking at it (restaurant environment).

I had this monitor mounted high up on the wall at the end of the bed, tilted forward about 45 degrees, and suddenly, without bumping or other movement, it just suddenly fell apart, with the outer layers crashing down. This happened two days after the return window ended, so I can’t return it or get reimbursed, I guess. Otherwise, it worked fine.
