Great phone!!
I bought this as a gift for a friend!! She loves it, it does the finger print which her other phone didn’t is bigger with a nice camera and alot of memory space she was all around pleased with this phone! It also works with straight talk. She had said Trac phone but it was really straight talk. She added her sim card and it automatically worked perfectly!

Motorola android phone
This is my second Motorola Tracfone android phone. It is easy to use and average in it’s phone features. But it will be a good phone for most people who just like to have an everyday easy phone and internet access anywhere. It is somehow bit heavy but large enough screen to make it easy for any operations and functions for anyone who just want a good basic phone and the price is just about right.

Not charging

superior to 2023 model which often froze
this is my second motorolla, it comes with tons of junkware you need to disable just like the 2023 model but it seems to freeze far less often and handle memory management better. 4GB of ram these days just isnt alot and the 2023 Model performed poorly with the same amount of ram.Good cheap phone, def do not pay the launch prices deluded 250+ as for tracfone, if you can afford anything better go with that not Tracfone. Been a tracfone customer for years and its awful and not getting any better even after verizon bought it.

CANT TURN OFF
THIS PHONE IS GARBAGE! CAN’T GET TURNED OFF. HAVE TO PUSH UP BUTTON AND POWER BUTTON AT SAME HIME. I HAVE ARTHRITIS AND IT TOOK ME 45 MINUTES TO FINALLY GET IT OFF. NOW I CAN RETURN IT. CAUSE I DON’T HAVE A PRINTER FOR THE LABEL

Very nice
I updated from another moto they made it was so easy to transfer info from one to another, only problem I had was trying to activate it on tract one but one call to them and all was good! The one thing I don’t like is where the finger print reader is on the new phone but other than that the phone is great!

To much junk pre loaded on phone
Personal use, to busy of a phone for me
