I’ve ordered 4 other brands and this by far is the best. Sturdy, strong and can take it apart for better cleaning.

Works. I think
I use this every day at work. I’m not a PhD of any sorts, so you’ll have to deal with my own understanding of this.Does it work? Well, I’ve never been prone to headaches, I get one about every 3 months. My first day using this, I went crazy, drank 4-5 “double dose” bottles of hydrogen water within 2 hours. Got a whopper of a headache, which I’ve read after the fact is a side effect of too much hydrogen. Have since been doing 3 “single dose” bottles over 8 hours, supplemented with plenty of normal water. Much more than that, and I’ll now get headaches at odd times.Good side effects: For clarity, I’ve quit smoking and started using Zyn pouches a few weeks into using this bottle. That being said, either or both of these could be the reason my mood has improved drastically. I urinate about the same amount as before, and I firmly believe those reporting differences have simply changed how much they have been drinking normal water without noticing. The good thing, though, is that it’s running more clear more often.The taste is no different from normal water. There is a bit of a “heavier” feel, which could be in my head. Using the cannula, I don’t notice anything happening, not sure what to expect, haven’t used other than twice within first week.Warning: It may not be the clearest instruction, don’t run water directly on the inside of the base (or whatever it says). If you do that, you’ll get little black dots in your water. Insert water the same way you’ll soft pour a beer. Let it go down the side first.Battery: The furthest I pushed mine was 3 “double doses” a day for 3 days, with it dying on the fourth. I now just charge it every 2-3 days and only push the button once (“single dose”) per bottle consumed.Make sure you clean the glass and don’t forget to run the auto clean function.

Some things are funny
When I ordered this, my other half thought it was useless now I find her using it every day. I guess people change their opinions after using a product. This one works great.

Nice but doesn’t last
I like that the bottle is made of glass rather than plastic. Replacement glass can be purchased on Amazon also. Down side is that after only three months of use it will no longer charge or diffuse hydrogen into the water. I feel that this product should last at least 6 months or come with product lifetime expectancy label if it’s useful life is expected to be that short.
