Update: I was contacted by the seller after I wrote my review. They replaced my item and refunded my original purchase price as well. The replacement works perfectly. Flaky behavior and not working as we needed
We bought two of these to reduce cord clutter and elevate at least the watch to vertical so we could see the time at night. Both have had various flaky issues.My apple watch 7 will barely stay connected to the charger when it is vertical – the magnet is too weak, if I bump the nightstand it falls off. If I manage to not bump the nightstand so it stays on all night then it still isn’t fully charged the next day. Seemed to charge okay if I left it horizontal but that defeats one of the main reasons we got these.Twice I’ve had an incident where my airpods pro 2 case won’t stay charging but goes into a loop of disconnecting and reconnecting with a ding. I’ve charged them on a watch charger for over a year prior to this without issues. The only thing that has worked consistently is my iPhone 14 pro max in the case if I leave it horizontal.My wife’s watch SE rarely charges to 100% overnight even though she keeps the charger horizontal. This morning it got to 100% but the watch had an error that the charging device wasn’t supported.The device not supported error was the last straw – I’m concerned these are going to damage our devices so we’re returning.

Phone magnet is strong enough for a fairly thick case
TLDR: Works fine with QuadLock MAG case. Overall very nice.I was iffy about this and didn’t find any information relevant to my specific case but went ahead and ordered thinking I can always return it. My case is a QuadLock MAG case which I believe is is 0.98mm thick between the back of the phone and the outside of the case. The case itself does have a magnetic ring on it intented to work with QuadLock branded holders, which may have affected how it interacts with this station, but the case is too thick for standard Qi chargers to work (it grabs but doesn’t charge, or doesn’t grab and doesn’t charge, depending on the product). I am happy to report that this station DOES work as desired with this case. It holds the cased phone securely in portrait and landscape mode, and charges it without issues. “Nightstand mode” – with thick case! – is a go.Positives: The blue indicator lights are really only visible if you’re looking for them if there is any ambient light in the room. Bright enough you know you see them, dim enough not to be intrusive. They stay lit for about 5 seconds. The angle of the phone platter can be adjusted quite a bit – charging works in a flat position, a flat+raised position, and even a raised+backwards tilt. I like having these options. The stem can raise up about 2 inches from the surface of the base – high enough that the phone won’t hit an Airpods case even if in landscape mode. No extra cordage is required for watch charging. Looks really nice – elegant even with nothing attached. The watch does not continually beep from reestablishing the connection as it does on another charger I have.Neutral: It’s fairly large but I’d just right for a nightstand. I suppose it can be taken traveling, but I think of it more as a non-travel piece. Things that could be improved: 1) the magnet for the watch is not that strong and lets my watch slip down to touch the surface of the case. This isn’t that big of a deal since the watch doesn’t need to be held up that high, and it still charges. 2) I wish the plug was less bulky and rigid at the end. I know a converter is needed but this design makes the plug stick out too much off the wall and invites crushing and bending if the plug is hidden behind a piece of furniture and someone wants to push the furniture unit closer to the wall.Overall: It’s a keeper!

This was awesome for the first two months and then it quit charging my Apple Watch. The customer service has been great. They have made everything right and I should be receiving my new one next week. I love this charger because it works well and the lights don’t flash when charging like a lot of chargers do.

Worked Great – At First..
Product performance was great, I got a lot of use out of it while traveling and even planned to purchase additional for gifts going into the holiday season. Unfortunately the primary mag-lock phone charger has stopped working. I’ve been doing troubleshooting for days and confirmed it is unfortunately defective but I’m not outside of the return period (purchased 4mo ago). If it had better longevity it could have been a perfect product, unfortunately it seems I have no way of returning or seeking a replacement as the only options on Amazon store are troubleshooting and they are categories that do not apply with the defect I have.

Great while it lasted (not long)
I loved the build quality and functionality of this charger but it lasted less than 6 months before the blue light started blinking on the watch charger and it would no longer charge my watch. The phone and iPod charger work but the watch charger doesn’t which negates the entire unit at the end of the day for me. Real bummer.Edit: Now the AirPods charger is blinking as well. 🤦♂️😭
