I LOVE these Headphones!!!
I am actually thrilled with these headphones! I’ve been using them for about a month now and am really impressed with them! They exceeded my expectations.Sound Quality – is fantastic, and I have listened to a lot of music and podcasts on them. Good clear sound and I feel they are nicely balanced, not too heavy on bass or treble. Not a sound expert but they sound balanced to me.Microphone Quality and Background Noise Reduction – is also excellent! Picks up my voice very clearly and does a great job at screening out background noise. Even picks me up clearly when I’m whispering when my wife is asleep and I’m still using them. Everyone said they could hear my voice well, so I did some tests recording my voice so I could hear what I sounded like… it’s definitely great and I’m really happy about it! I play a lot with my friends online so I use a microphone a lot. The microphone arm can also be raised up out of the way when not in use.Battery – No exaggeration I can use these for 8 or so hours a day for at least 3 or 4 days before I need to recharge them! Possibly more because I didn’t use a stop watch, but I use them a lot for different things throughout the day, both work and play. They last a really long time and a lot longer then my other blue tooth headphones ever have.Recharging and Storage Stand – I really like the stand they come with. I underestimated how nice it would be to have a designated spot for my headphones. Helps me not misplace them also. But the cool part is the stand has the charger built into it, and putting them on the stand in a certain direction recharges them. The best part is that putting them on the stand in the other direction does not recharge them. I like this because I always run my battery down low before recharging, because I’ve read it helps preserve the battery hardware for longer. Something about topping off your battery too much messing up the battery. So this stand lets me recharge only when I want to and that’s something I really like! They take more than an hour to charge, but the battery lasts so long it’s no problem at all. The stand is stable and bottom heavy and does not fall over.Bluetooth Range – Range is good and I can walk freely around my house without loosing connection from one end to the other.Comfort – I can definitely wear these all day and they feel just fine. They don’t hurt my ears and they don’t squeeze my head. I don’t really think about or notice them. Very Needed for me. And the ear pieces are made to pivot to match the angle of your ears.Reversable – They are actually reversable, because they are symmetrical front to back and the microphone can be lowered down front or back. Basically it lets you pick what side you’d prefer the mic to be on. Although if your playing games where the sound direction matters you’ll need to toggle which channel is the right and left channel.Buttons – Has all the buttons you’d expect and they are easy to find. Each is distinctive and located where it makes sense. Super big universal button on one ear. Mute button on the tip of the microphone. Easy to feel volume control (+/-). And an On/Off toggle switch (which I like better then holding down a button).Other Features – Has a headphone jack port on the headphone and comes with a double ended headphone cord so you can use them with a physical corded connection instead of Bluetooth. I’m assuming you could use this when the battery is dead, but I don’t know because the battery never dies lol! Also has a USB-C port in the headphone itself as an alternative to using it’s stand to recharge it.All in all these are awesome headphones and I’m quite pleased. Definitely the best pair of blue tooth headphones I’ve personally had so far.

KH53 infinitely better than Logitech H390
The KH53 headset package includes a headset, a stand, a portable USB for laptop connectivity, a USB charging cable, and an AUX cord. While I’ve only used it wirelessly so far, I expect the USB and AUX connections to work just the same. The ear muffs are comfortable and effectively cancel out ambient noise such as conversations from neighbors, office chatter, wind, and passing cars. The microphone doesn’t pick up background noise easily—unless it’s something close and loud, like a dog barking a couple of feet away (which did happen during a client call). However, it can capture sounds like heavy breathing or the crackling that occurs when adjusting the headset.Audio quality is clear on both ends of a call, with only the occasional echo. I really appreciate the headset stand because it allows me to pick up and hang up calls in a way that feels natural, like using a traditional phone. The headset can extend up to about a foot in width, which is great for those of us with larger heads, and the adjustable headband feels ok.The microphone can be positioned on either the left or right side. A conveniently placed mute button at the base of the mic lets you silence yourself without having to rely on your keyboard or the software control panel. As for comfort, the ear pads are designed to rest gently on the ears rather than fully enclosing them, offering a light-snug fit without the pressure you’d get from over-ear models like Beats. The design is sleek, and the sound quality surpasses that of most headsets I’ve used in call center environments.I made the switch to the KH53 after retiring my Logitech H390, which caused PAINFUL discomfort—including a burning sensation on the top of my head that I still feel, even without wearing it.

Worth the money $$
Customer support is 100% worth it. My original headset broke within 1 year, I sent them an email with a picture of the broken headset and the upgraded model showed up to my house about 1 week later.Pro: it has a metal headband so it is more durable. They increased the ear cushion which is good but I do prefer the old cushion design, it would sit flush against my ears but really has not been a big deal at all.The button layout is better on this headset, I love the volume can be adjusted via knob instead of the buttons. However there are functions that are only available in cell phone mode which is useless since I need to use these at work/ with a laptop, please add the ‘answer’ and ‘hang up’ function to the laptop. Please. I would love to answer or disconnect a call even when I am not sitting right in front of my laptop.Battery life is good. I like the upgraded charging port and it has a battery indicator on it as well. Connects easily.

I had been searching for a replacement headset since my Logitech Zone Wireless broke, and I was truly impressed by the quality of this one. The sound is excellent for both meetings and music. In fact, the audio quality feels even better than my previous Logitech Zone Wireless, which cost twice as much. A great value for the price!

Works fine with the laptop, with clear sound in both directions.Looks good, not high-end material – medium range – what is expected within this price range.
Rafiq Ahmad –
It was great. The only downside is that it is too big to fit into a backpack unless you put it in the box.

Giving 3 stars since I didn’t even test it. It was too big for my head, there was only a setting to strech it out. Returned it.Keep that in mind if you have a small head
