Very Effective and not too loud!
I was looking for an afforable and high quality air purifier during the historic Jan 2025 Los Angeles fires and I’m so happy I found this one.Fun fact, California has strict guidelines for air purifiers and will block residents from purchasing purifiers that do not meet “California air cleaner Regulation requirement”! This model was one of the Highly rated/lower priced ones that I could find.The 3 fan speeds are fantastic as I can run the filter at night and not be disturbed by noise! the low-Light/low sound nighttime setting is perfect.The digital display is clear and accurate. I lit some incense near the filter and watched as the PM2.5 indicator number went up and settled back down to 12 after filtering the smoke.I also love that there is an option for aromatherapy with the built-in essential oil sponge located at the top. (important to refrain from using though if you have pets) :)Even though this purifier is efficient to purify the air of my entire studio apartment, I’m still highly considering purchasing a second to place in on the opposite end of the room.10/10. HIGHLY recommend this one!

Clean Air!
When I first bought this air purifier I was a bit skeptical by the reviews at first, but then quickly learned it was, indeed, a proper working air purifier! In fact it works so well that when one of my family members was painting her nails the air purifier would catch and detect the fumes from the nail polish and not only remove them, but would show an increase the PM 2.5 monitor in it, with it gradually increasing to over 100 after detecting the nail polish.I also enjoyed the fact that it was at an affordable price despite having a HEPA filter. Most air purifiers have a high price which makes it difficult for some families to afford and protect their lungs, but this one comes and saves the day! Also, I really enjoy about this is how silent it is, sometimes I can turn on the machine, set a timer, and then completely forget about it. Yet it’s not just smoke it removes, because I enjoyed how it would help my allergies when the pollen is high, because after a hard day of sneezing and tissues, I can just rest in my room with it on and then I’d eventually breathe well.Now, from the beginning it had an odd smell to it, which wasn’t very noticable unless you focused your nose, but at some point it ended up breaking and got a burning smell from it, though the culprit is unknown. Regardless, I proceeded to contact customer support. I managed to speak to a wonderful customer support agent called Kate. She was very kind and helped us replace the old air purifier with a new one, which hasn’t had an issue since. She was courteous, very helpful and helped us with everything needed. After the replacement it’s had no issues since. There was no odd smell with no concerning issue, and now I have a house free of smells and wildfire smoke.Thank you, Kate!

It works, might’er than it looks.
Looking for an affordable unit that filters a room, particularly a bedroom? This is it. I’ve owned mine for 4 months now.Positives (what I like)Great Features and options built in.Easy to operate, 15 seconds literally to install.Filter is effective in dust collection.Noticed improvements in air quality.Great for sleeping, the noise is quiet.Powerful for one bedroom.Cons:I have doubts it covers 1200 sq ft house. My condo is 860 square ft. I can’t prove it’s collecting from other rooms. But my master bedroom apparently has a ton of dust, this machine found it.It doesn’t reduce mildew smell that I’ve noticed. But I didn’t buy this for smells.Things to consider:You can reuse filter. The technology and materials is the same you find in rewashable vacuum filters! Save money and wash out this filter every month or so. I’m still using my same one, looks new. Let it dry overnight and fully drain water from it.

Doing its job, great price
I like this thing. I have no idea if it is doing what it says it does but it was super easy to ojt together and use. We have it in our main living room and I feel like it is doing its job!

It’s an ok starter
It makes a difference, but it doesn’t cover the area it says it does. Not too effective in my kitchen/living area, works best in my room. The constant filter changing is annoying, it had to be changed every 2 months and most times I don’t see a change in color in the filter. Some of the functions don’t work or light up anymore. The different filters they carry low key feel like a scam because the smoking filter didn’t run any different from the regular. Over time, it gets louder, even if you’re on the lowest setting. I prefer the Levoit purifier as it’s actually quiet and the filter lasted 6 months. It’s also more sleek and not too in your face.

This little machine was ready to go pretty much out of the box. On its lowest setting it is super quiet. I like having the auto function and it adjusting as necessary according to the air. I wasn’t sure if the air quality sensor really worked all that well until I pulled out my super stinky nail polish remover. Within a minute the machine kicked into high gear and the reading was off the charts! The stink cleared much quicker than usual and I threw the product in the garbage. I always knew it was toxic but to see how quickly it affected the air quality was just wow. It’s a great purifier and I highly recommend it. I live in a 700sq ft apartment and it does well for the space.
