    TV ok. Remote bad.
    Picture quality good. Sound “ok”. User interface is ok. Remote… abysmal. The “universal” remote you can purchase separately from other sellers… also abysmal. Tech is decades old, and you have to be standing directly in front of the eye for either to work at all.
