Great TV without breaking the bank!
We had our second TV quit working suddenly so were in need of a new one. We already had a Vizio, and are so happy with it, that we went for another one. The picture quality is excellent!!! And the Vizio home screen program options are very nice! Set up was so easy. The TV itself is very light, not cumbersome to handle. Sound is also very good, although we added a soundbar that just adds to the quality. We hooked our Roku up to it, so now we have an endless supply of streaming. These TV’s are a great value for the money.

Tv was broken
So I ordered two of these TVs on prime days so I was excited to receive them. Delivery guy put damaged side of box against wall and I didn’t notice right away. Ordered for my mom who was moving in. Her room wasn’t ready so I told driver to just put box against the wall. He put the damaged side of box which by the way was very noticeable against the wall where it stayed for a couple of weeks until moms room was ready. Took box to her room noticed damage took tv from box whole screen was shattered. I was in a panic because that’s a lot of money to me. Although it was a great deal. Contacted customer service. Could only receive refund of my money but I wanted to exchange. Was notified that no exchanges were possible as they were now out of the TVs I purchased in the same size which was 43 inch. So received refund fairly easily. Also sent to package store where returning the item was fairly easy. Which I appreciated. I did purchase same television in a bigger size and I am completely in love with this tv. My mom is elderly & it makes it so easy for her to find the programs she likes to watch. Also super easy because it’s voice activated so she just has to tell Alexa what she’s liked to watch. She can change programs, turn the volume up or down and also turn tv off just by speaking to Alexa. Only downside. My grandkids lost the remote at Christmas when they were visiting and we were unable to turn tv on until we purchased a new remote through Amazon which wasn’t cheap. While I love almost everything about this tv. Ie, it’s easy for myself and elderly mother to work as long as we have a remote to turn it on. No buttons for when it’s lost. Also has about everything you can think of installed in it. So no need for external fire stick or Roku & print is large enough for us that have vision loss to see. Easily setup especially for someone like me who is technologically challenged. First tv in years I have setup without having to beg my kids or someone else to setup. Don’t have to worry about resetting the remote because myself or my elderly mother messed it up. Only thing it doesn’t have that I know of is a built in find my remote. Although in fairness it may have and I haven’t figured that out yet. I would recommend you buy this tv and only this tv if you like to have advanced technology but are challenged like me.I really thought I’d never be able to set up a tv ever again because technology is most of the time way over my head. Also the volume is great!! My son and grandson both have profound hearing loss and could easily hear with this tv, whereas with others you turn them up to max and because of the buzzing at that level you can’t make out what’s being said anyway. My only regret is I didn’t get to keep the 43 inch for moms room and they were out. Also make sure you get the remote keeper or some extra add on to help find it when it’s gone missing so you don’t have to spend a third of what you paid for the whole television. Definitely recommend this brand absolutely made watching tv an enjoyable event in my house again!!

Disappointed. . .
(24” latest 2021 model) The picture quality is OK, it is full HD which is hard to find in smaller TVs & 1080p. Others in this class are 720pSize option is great if you’re looking for something that takes up little space and provides what tire looking for.The problem with this tv, a bug? Not sure, but “input” has issues. I use an HD antenna and if you use smartcast or Air Play and try to return to your antenna most of the time you get nothing. You have to turn off the TV (per support) and unplug – then reboot.At this price? Not acceptable. Sound on TV isn’t great. I had the 24” Insignia and that was 10x better for half the price. If Insignia ever updates to Full HD, 1080p they’ll rule. Skip this model – so disappointed. Returning.

This TV is about 3″ thick.
Great TV and easy to use and set up. One small item, I realized after I got the TV that it is 3″ thick front to back. If you are planning on wall mounting this TV, it will stick out more than other 24″ TVs. I bought this TV to replace and old Samsung 720P and it was 2″ thick.

Convenient little smart TV
I use this TV in my home gym to be able to watch YouTube videos for working out. It was easy to connect to my home wifi. It has Apple Airplay, but the connection frequently gets broken when I try to stream from my phone’s Fitness+ app. I attribute that to an Airplay issue since my wifi works fine. The TV is super light and portable – we might take it on the back porch to watch TV this summer. The sound is good but not stereo quality. Picture is fine, but obviously not the highest quality that you would get on a larger, more expensive TV.

A smart TV hampered by stupid software
The 24″ size was perfect for hanging on the wall of my small office. I thought the thin bezel design was elegant, the connections were easy to hook up, and the picture looks great. I especially appreciated the remote control’s convenient design; with the controls I use most often set as dedicated buttons, like picture, captioning, mute, and channel info.Now the bad: I haven’t really had a chance to use any of the “SmartCast” network features because every time I change inputs, the TV resets itself, deletes the WiFi network config, and forces me to go through the initial setup again (like a new TV out of the box). After this happened the 3rd time, I gave up on SmartCast and just keep the TV set on the OTA antenna or the Roku. I have to do this because if I accidentally go back to SmartCast, it will sit there forever trying to connect to a network that isn’t even setup yet. Stupid, not smart.Update: Despite the dumb SmartCast software, this TV works fine for what I want and the picture looks beautiful when watching OTA network football. I will be keeping it.

Great Small Smart TV!
It was hard to find a TV this size (24″) to fit on a small corner cabinet in my kitchen and I was thrilled to find a SMART TV in that size! The Vizio is loaded with all available TV and streaming apps, so the set-up was quick and easy! It has a sharp picture with perfect color and great sound too. This is a great TV for a small space and the price was great too — highly recommend!!

the tv turns on by its self when plug in to outlet. and remote does not work at all even when put other batteries in remote .can!t turn it off or on with tv button .they said they will send a new remote and try that I will see what happens. the new remote should be here in 7 days

Esperaba que en el menu principal me mostrara las aplicaciones, pero desafortunadamente me muestra la pantalla de SmartCast no disponible en Mexico.Para acceder a sus aplicaciones tienes que decargar la aplicacion de VIZIO en el celular lo cual es un poco molesto. Teniendo el control a la mano y no poder acceder a sus muchas aplicaciones que trae instalados.La calidad de la imagen es muy buena, el sonido tambien. Si algun dia llegan arreglar eso del smartcast le dare 5 estrellas.

La caja venía con partes muy golpeadas pero el producto funciona. La calificación es porque no venían los tornillos para colocarle las patas a la tv (viene rayado con lápiz unos tornillos pero esos son para empotrarlo a una base de pared, no los que debe traer) y al parecer tenía algún uso porque no me apareció el menú de configuración que regularmente aparece al conectarla por primera vez.Las apps del menú Smartcast no están disponibles en México, pero utilizando la app en el celular puedes acceder a Netflix, Youtube, Disney+ sin problema. La uso principalmente por la función de Airplay y no tuve problemas con ello, en relación calidad precio me parece buen producto.

Me gusta la calidad de la imagen, además de que es muy fácil de instalar, lo único que no me gusta es que el menú no funciona directo en la pantalla debes usar la app o los botones del control que te envía a cada una de las plataformas, y si tienes dispositivos con cables rca necesitas el adaptador de entrada 3.5 para conectarlo.Con una barra de sonido puedes sacarle mucho potencial.
