Great TV, Great choice for everyday use.
I love that it isn’t a smart tv and worked perfectly out of the box. Very good image and sound quality. It is lightweight for a large TV like this and was very easy to set up, even programmed all the remotes we use for stuff!

    Great Little TV
This is just what I wanted! The description says it’s a smart TV, but it isn’t. I use it with my cable box, which has TIVO. I have all my recorded shows and the apps without the unnecessary menus. After turning it off and then turning it on, it starts on the channel I was watching last – no choosing the input or a smart menu. It is just a TV. How great is that? The picture is good and the sound quality is okay. I use it in my bedroom and I am quite happy with it. I recommend this TV for anyone who just wants a TV without all the extras.

Sound is terrible, sounds like a transistor radio!
It’s a nice little Telly! Easy to set up, very nice picture, very lightweight and easy for one person to get it all ready to go. I think it only weighs about 4.5 pounds. I really think it would behoove them to beef up the speakers a little bit. It truly sounds like an old transistor radio. That is the main complaint.I am also having trouble getting my Fios remote take over the volume controller. It controls channel selection but not the sound, so I have to keep two remotes handy. Could have something to do with the terrible audio, which is as I mentioned is really poor quality and probably not compatible with other devices.Edit: After one week, I have learned to adjust to the audio shortcomings and find that the product was a very good buy for the price. I have also been reading comments about a sound bar and may look into this. This television replaced an early flatscreen 26″ WS Sharp AQUOS, pre-HDMI technology and heavy as a bear. The audio was stellar, so I had gotten a bit spoiled. All in all, I rate the new TV, 8/10

Great little TV and super easy
Perfect little TV for my 86-year-old dad. It’s really sad that something that used to be so simple is now so complicated and expensive. This TV is great. He can just turn it in and watch. No menus, no figuring how to get back to what he watched yesterday, and it doesn’t make him feel dumb. The sound is a bit tinny, but we can live with that.Thank you, Westinghouse!

Do Not Buy!!! Westinghouse Terrible Company/Customer Service
Westinghouse has been the worst television company I have EVER purchased from. We bought this small cheap television for a blind family member who though they cannot see, they enjoy listening to television. When we first opened the box and set the tv up, we noticed that the coaxial port on the box shook when twisting the cable on. However, since the picture worked, we thought nothing of it. 4 weeks later, this disabled family member calls me to tell me the tv stop working and they heard a popping sound. So when I get to their home, the cable had fallen out of the tv along with the coaxial port (it was still screwed into the cable and laying on the floor). I contacted Amazon who said there was nothing they could do because it was a month after the date of purchase. They recommended contacting Westinghouse because it would have a warranty. I contacted Westinghouse, they said the following verbatim in email “we only cover a warranty when the TV has a manufacturer defect. A TV that has a physical defect is not part of our manufacturer’s defect. Unfortunately. Due to this matter, we regret to inform you that we cannot honor your claim.” So your company manufactured a television with a faulty loose part, and you don’t consider that a manufacturer’s defect? This is nonsense. I call Amazon to complain, they said luckily you purchased an Asurion tv protection plan. I call them and they say the same thing “we don’t cover this type of defect”. It’s all a scam and they work together. Therefore, if you plan on buying this tv, I highly recommend that you don’t. Go with Sony, Samsung, or Insignia. I have had tvs with them for years and when I have a problem their companies either replace or repair your issue.

Perfect for my kitchen and no sound bar needed
Great TV. I bought this to replace an old CRT TV (yep, still had one in 2024!) in my eat-in kitchen area. The picture is great and the sound/volume is excellent. I had read a lot of reviews that these small TVs have poor audio, and require a sound bar. This one does not. I have the volume set very low and it’s plenty loud enough. It’s non-smart, which is what I wanted. It’s very lightweight, so if you have kids or dogs that might get close enough to bump it, it could be knocked over easily. It was easy to set up, although it needs an HDMI cable that is not included (I guess I missed that, when I bought it). After I got the cable, it was set up and running in just a few minutes. It’s a great deal on a small, non-smart TV.

    Horrible sound, great otherwise
Great picture easy to set up and operate however like almost all the reviews stated the sound is HORRIBLE. I read the reviews and thought how bad can the sound be, the reviews were correct. Like nails on a chalkboard. Buy a sound bar along with it is my advice or spend a few more bucks and upgrade.

    Westinghouse 32 inch 720p HD (non-smart) Television
A storm blew out our old TV. I got a smart TV to replace it but disliked the hassle inherent in trying to find and switch channels without jumping through too many steps. I replaced the smart TV with this one. It arrived in one day and was basically “plug and play” and it worked great as soon as plugged in. Connectivity was simple as was the ease of use. HDMI ports can be used to plug in a Firestick or any other equipment if you want to stream channels. Works great with OTA antenna as well as our cable box. Remote is instinctive and the picture, brightness, contrast, and audio quality can be adjusted to your preferences. The price was great and it’s easy to lift and move.

Es una buena pantalla, los colores se ven bien, por el precio es algo que vale la pena, lo único que no me gustó tanto fue el sistema de sonido, no se escucha tan fuerte.

Great small TV and decent cost. It has more inputs and outputs than many larger expensive TVs including three HDMI inputs. A very good remote control. Just the sound could be a bit louder. It has two sound outputs which I use with a small soundbar, for much improved sound quality.
