Comfortable, long range headset
These are good headset. Comfortable on ears, good sound, long range. They are paird and keep connection with both laptop (via dongle) and phone (bluetooth). Recommend to anyone.

I’ve had multiple Yealink headsets, and they’ve all worked very well, so I picked up this WH64 for work calls. It’s solid, like the others. The near 500ft range lets me wander around without dropping, and the 26-hour talk time means I don’t have to charge it constantly. Works great with Facetime and Zoom—clear sound every time.What I like most is the noise-canceling with the 3X mic setup. It cuts out background noise, and people say I come through loud and clear, even with stuff going on around me. The charging stand is handy too—keeps it ready and off my desk. Comfort’s good for long calls, not too heavy.Setup was easy with the DECT dongle, and the quality’s strong, just like my other Yealinks. Recommend this to anyone needing a reliable work headset that lasts through the day and sounds good—another winner from them!

Noise Cancelling Headset
I think this is more a use case issue than a poor product issue. I am a fan of Yealink Products At work we use their Wide angle cameras in several of our facilities and they work great Good audio, great video and a wide view. I grabbed these thinking they would be great for around the house, lightweight, Great Range and Soft ear pads. I tried to pair them with my PC I use for everyday tasks expecting they would allow me to listen to Music throughout the house and in the shop giving me access to all my Music but the sound was terrible almost like they were Not completely pairing. YouTube was unwatchable as most of the audio was choppy and distorted. I tried the Bluetooth Dongle this came with and it made no difference in the sound or the pairing. I decided to try on my work Laptop and see if maybe My PC was the issue. Turns out these a designed for use with Teams and Work related Apps or a PC phone, which it states on the product page. They do work fine with Teams and while I can’t use for listening to music at home at least I have a usable headset for Teams Calls when I am working. I know these do what they say but For the Cost, there are cheaper and more versatile options

This wireless headset has a lot going for it. The range is really good, and it is able to pair effortlessly to a phone or a laptop. The sound quality is really good. This is good for meetings, as well as for listening to music.
